The service was not good, the resort maintenance in the lodge was sub par. My fiancee and I brought our kids as we were planning on eloping but decided against it. Ive stayed here several times since I was a kid and this has been the worst service I've ever recieved.

The resort felt run down. Hot tubs and steam room were crowded. Decor is dated. Patio furniture outside our room was dirty. The resort pool was OK. Restaurant service was very slow. Food mediocre. We would not stay again.

We had a great weekend in beautiful BC at the Fairmont Hot Springs! I can’t wait to go back! The hot springs are so peaceful and relaxing and the staff are friendly and helpful. This is definitely my new favourite family spot!

Rooms are clean and comfortable, very friendly and helpful staff. Pools could use a bit of maintenance, sitting on the ledges in the pool is uncomfortable as they have sand blasted the cement and exposed rough cement. Could use painting

Just love this place. Have been coming here for many years. Has a very special comfortable feel. I hope that as renovations occur, the ambience does not change. It would spoil it if it became to modern and commercial feeling. Thanks

We stayed at the Fairmont resort for a hockey tournament. The rooms are in desperate need of renovations. There are almost no outlets unless you unplug lights…. The tv is old and has no apps/streaming options available, the kitchenette is very understocked in terms of dishes and other things you would need when bringing your own food to a hotel. If you get a ground level pool facing room you have the convenience of walking right from your room to the hot springs which is nice. But overall the price per night was not worth it in my opinion.

Great accommodations and restaurant options, service was excellent. Great place for a getaway in the beautiful mountains of Fairmont. Guest pool is a nice warm spot for a relaxing dip any time of day. Beautifully lit up at night and grounds are very well maintained.

Fences everywhere , felt like in jail cell, especially disappointing was the fact that deep pool was fenced off. We’ve visited you a lot in the past 1996-2007- every winter and it was always open , there was even diving tower, kids loved it- not anymore. Overall feeling comparing to previous visits- no fun, sad.

We have been coming to this resort for two decades as we love the hot pools. The pools never disappoint; if you love to soak in hot water, this place is 100% recommended. As for the Lodge, it is a mixed bag. Our mid March visit found the main dinning room open only on the weekend, rest of the week, only the bar is open. There is no help with luggage, you must take it to the room yourself. Our room was very tired and had numerous deficiencies, such as broken wall plugs and bathtub drain. Paint was peeling and balcony door was hard to close as it was warped due to moisture and age. This resort deserves only a 3 star rating.

The website says that the bathing suit shop is open, but it's closed until further notice. Really disappointed. We came from pretty far away, to shop and swim.

I have sent people to this store for years. Have always been pleased with the service and choice pre COVID. So very disappointed with the current lack of selection of bathing suits. Supply chain? Mismanagement? Poor planning? Something has to change quickly if business hopes to continue.
