I wanted a quote on hardy plank siding and that was over 3 weeks now. I called 2 days after I went in to see if it was ready and the order was passed on to someone else.
No o e seems to care. I used to buy, but no more. Last week was over 6000.00 in materials. Guess they make too much to care. So my orders will go to Armstrong Home hardware where they do care.

I went to this store back in October to pick up couple supplies needed for our camping trip. I was a bit desperate as we had a little „emergency” with our trailer haha. The gentleman named Jerry was so so helpful and patient as I tried to explain what I needed (English is my second language, so finding right „trade words” is not my expertise haha).Thank you for your service!

EPS2098 have been working with Central Hardware's Management to resolve a failure in a product that was supplied by them. The lack of Product/Customer Support over a 5-month period has forced the Strata to write this review in order to alert future customers of this companies lack of Customer Service/Support practice.Questions posed to Central Hardware Management pertained to requesting answers so that the Strata could develop a path forward to address the product failure. Note, the Strata were made aware after initial discussions with Central Hardware that the product was no longer covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Nevertheless, the Strata were requesting answers to the following questions in order to develop a remedial plan.1) What do we believe was the cause of the failure?2) What is the material covering/coating that failed?3) What is the proposed repair?4) Who can perform the repair to rectify the problem?To date, the Strata still have no answers or support provided to be able to address the issue.The Strata were requesting information and guidance from Central Hardware in order to make the necessary repairs however, to date, over 5 months later we are no further ahead due to poor customer/product support/service.

I would love to rave about about the service but I can’t 3 days of leaving messages to be called back even calling and asking to speak to the manager resulted in silence. So I guess you can’t expect much from the employees when management can’t be bothered…..so much for shop local Home Depot or Amazon it is !
