This is a fantastic shop with such lovingly designed little homemade things. Absolutely beautiful decoration that can be customized for everyone.
The employees are also incredibly nice and accommodating! If someone is looking for something for a wedding, for a celebration, for a company, for a friend, for a family, they will find it here!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever had. I am trying to start a small business and trying to get better volume pricing from these guys. My customers are not the one or two trophy clients. They want good pricing for volume purchasing. My newest customer wants a minimum of 50 pieces done with a price that reflects that volume. Needless to say it must be nice to drive business away.

If you have any military or special services folks in your life, this is definitely a great place to get them a memorable keepsake: High quality wood gifts, that smell fantastic as a bonus! Asked for some custom work that was done at an incredibly reasonable price, and they followed up with proofs to make sure I was happy before delivering the final product. Will shop here again for sure.

I phoned to confirm that they were open as I had to travel some distance to their shop. When I arrived, there were no other customers and there were two men in the room behind, working on computers. One looked up for a moment when I entered then went back to work. I decided it was something critical so waited patiently for 10 minutes. I looked about the shop and was quite impressed with the offerings but, after a 10 minute wait with absolutely no attempt to serve me, I left the store and drove home. They appear to have a good business but their customer service leaves much to be desired. I was bringing a good project to them but will look elsewhere. Too bad.
