They have good stock but the owner sometimes he is too funny and will offer you food. I don’t know if it’s a drone shop or a restaurant but overall a great place to buy stuff. I got a few drones from here. He gives amazing prices and discounts.

Quick and courteous service. I initially went to bestbuy without remembering that Dronelabs was here, as bestbuy website said there was a mini 4 pro there to buy. I drove all the way there as best buy does not have a phone number you can call, only to be met by some kid who told me they’d order it for me. No thanks. Dronelabs was friendly, had inventory, and most of all knows drones well. Highly recommend.

Ordered a DJI mini 4 Pro bundle over the phone with Adib yesterday and it arrived at my door today.Adib was super helpful and it arrived quick, I couldn't be happier.

Awesome and prompt customer service! I ordered original mavic mini batteries from their site. I called the next day to see if they'd make it in time for an upcoming ski trip. He went out of his way to meet me to make sure I got them right away.

Same as others here, batteries listed as in-stock on website, ordered on Nov 13th, nothing. After a week I asked for cancellation and refund or a tracking number - no response. Another email today - no response. I guess they're going to make me dispute the credit card charge.

Hate to do it, but one star. Ordered a couple of items on July 4th. Order never shipped. Reached out to Drone Labs on July 14th to see what was going on, and no response.

The only store who had what I needed in stock. Crystal Sky display. Even some of the bigger stores like cDrone was rude to me and wouldn't answer my calls again. It's better to deal with some smaller shops sometimes. Good job Dronelabs. Best drone store in BC.

Cant beat this guy, he knows what he is doing. I bought a drone from him - DJI Mavic Air 2 - communicating with him was very quick. Very professional, great service, decent price, definitely recommended! 10/10

Placed an order for a battery. Was waiting for the '' shipping notification '' but never received any updates. 9 days later I sent them an email, suddenly they cancelled and refunded my order with an automated '' item is out of stock '' message. Waste of time.
