“Made a mistake regarding the wheel balancing done at the Duncan store, turns out it was not a bad balancing issue but problems with the front end. Bob and Mark did an excellent job going over what needs to be done, and after having it explained to me, it all made perfect sense and was very obvious. I gave them the ok to order the parts needed and will set up an appointment to have the work done at the Duncan Canadian Tire store a soon a possible.”

I just roll with it. I have witnessed the same staff be very helpful and sweet one day. Yet quiet and distant the next time. They are only human. We all have good and bad days.
