“I have been working on a skylight insulation and trim problem at our home. We moved almost 2 years ago and the crew at Nugget glass were helpful in suggestions and a supply of trim. We followed the suggestions and were able to determine that whoever installed our skylights (to be clear it was not Nugget glass) did nothing to seal them against drafts nor finished the trim properly. We purchased trim from Nugget and through repeat issues of the trim not staying in place(it has an adhesive) I was getting frustrated. Today I went into the shop and explained my issue and the owner gave me 6 feet of trim for free. This was unexpected and very much appreciated. We have taken a different approach on installation this time and so far it installed well and adheres properly. Time will tell, but the fact that this business cares to stand behind the product and help me get this fixed is fantastic and appreciated. It is not common that businesses have this approach and they should be commended for their thinking. Thank-you I appreciate this and they will always be my first go to for anything to do with glass.”
