We pulled into H & M who were absolutely booked solid. BUT, the owner took our keys, took our vehicle for a drive, and removed the stones in the steering column. Problem solved. We were going to Calgary in couple of days, live in Victoria. We can't tell you how grateful we were/are. Kind, and the best service ever. He did not charge us. Many many thanks. “This review is a little late but I’ve been meaning to do it. The owner of Cowichan Auto Repair & Detailing treated me so amazing and I’m very grateful for their service! As soon as I moved to Duncan my car was acting funny, and I brought it in. They called me and kept me updated on every step and always let me know the estimations before going ahead. He actually did a lot of work on it for free as I had brought it in they fixed it, then it wasn’t working again. I brought it in the 2nd time and they worked on it all day and found a much deeper issue than the original fix. Ultimately said my car was going to be a lot to fix so I decided to trade in my vehicle instead of bringing it back. I definitely refer them to anyone needing help with their vehicles ☺️.”
“Thank you to OK Tire for the absolutely fabulous service yesterday when our boat trailer tire blew out on Highway 18. Gord in the office took our call and organized our rescue. Aiden arrived on site in the service truck incredibly promptly, removed the shredded tire and replaced it roadside and got us mobile again. He was polite, efficient and very capable. All this despite the shop being very busy with winter tire changes and regular tire sales. Kudos to OK Tire!
