Always very friendly and helpful staff. The hay is usually very good quality. The store stocks a lot of stuff, from supplements to leather halters. Prices seem to be better here than at other Lower Mainland tack shops & hay suppliers.Delivery is great. Very nice people.

They earned this 1 star for their faulty product. I had to return a $460 stock tank because of a leak. The gas money to drive from east van for the return should have made me outraged but I wasn’t, the clerk from first impressions seemed to be annoyed more than me for bringing it back. The transaction for a return was clumsy, my receipt did not match the payment I was given and I could hear whispers that they suspected I brought a different receipt to rob them of their money which made me sad. I don’t even think I got an apology. I found a new tank that works for its intended purpose. All is forgiven.

Great people nice selection of specialty and commercial feed for livestock, wildlife and pets. A tad pricey but what isn't these days?

All of your farm and animal needs! Knowledgeable, courteous and helpful staff (Megan is the best!) Great selection and easy in and out location off 99 and highway 10.
