Highly recommended! The amount of care this pharmacy provides is beyond this world. I will think twice if I have to ever move out from my current place just because I cannot imagine my life without this pharmacy. Always on time, great communication, they go beyond usual customer service and they really deeply care about people.

I have had the great fortune to work with the Imran, the pharmacist. I asked about a specific type of topical anti-inflammatory, and he knew all about it. His level of knowledge is absolutely incredible. As a health care provider myself, it was easily apparent how much he cares for his clients. He is compassionate, clinically excellent and goes above and beyond for everyone. I would recommend all of my friends and family to visit this pharmacy. Keep up the great work!

Needed to buy a sinus rinse kit for my mom and was looking for the 50 pack, which Wescana didn't have. They told us there was only a 100 pack or 200 pack. We honestly didn't need that many but since we needed the kit as soon as possible, we went ahead and bought the 100 pack. I specifically asked if the 100 pack came with the bottle inside, to which we were told yes. We definitely would not have bought it if we knew it didn't come with a bottle.
When I called them back telling them there wasn't a bottle in the box (which they told us in store there was), they said we could return the 100 pack and buy the 200 pack which came with the bottle inside. But they would not return the 100 pack unless we paid the difference and got the 200 pack. I feel like we were strong-armed into buying the 200 pack because they realized we needed the bottle right away, but it was more expensive for us to keep the 100 pack and have to go buy the bottle kit elsewhere.
They keep saying they are taking a loss from returning the 100 pack because they can't sell it, but we also only needed 50 plus a bottle. We only bought the 100 because they didn't have the 50 and they told us the 100 would include the bottle. They could have just given us our money back, but earning revenue is more important than keeping a customer here.
They also told us over the phone that they would charge us $7 as difference for the 200 pack (sales price with no tax), but we got there and paid $8 plus $0.40 for tax so the information they gave us was still wrong right up until the end.
The only saving grace was that the lady I spoke to on the phone was really polite despite the situation. The man I could overhear in the background didn't sound nearly as polite, so I'm glad I wasn't talking to him. Overall, I'll just say, this probably isn't going to be my first choice when I need to buy something again. Or my second. Or third.

This pharmacy is terrific! The pharmacists have great communication skills, useful suggestions and never seem to rush you. They were especially helpful today, December 27th, when most of the walk-in clinics were closed or booked solid. They booked me a telehealth call with a doctor, for today, and that worked so well. Thank you Wescana staff!
