DON’T FALL FOR DISCOUNT SCAM. I had gone shopping for a few items 3 months and when I went to check out I got told I could get a discount all the lady needed was some information. I asked what’s it for she said just for the discount to be applied to your receipt. 3 months later I find out I was signed up for a credit card… I had 70 cents owed on it for some reason and it effected my credit score. I had to jump through to many hoops to cancel it. Fast to today my mom who doesn’t speak English went shopping and now same situation has happened to her. Whoever is at self checkout is just signing people up for credit cards and collecting the commission for sign ups… don’t go to this Walmart the one on Nordel way is way better and you won’t have any issues…

I went to this location after long time and felt like customer service is a thing of past at this store!When customer service rep was in the middle of my transaction she was quite busy talking to other girls around her in their own language by ignoring the customer in front of her. She didn’t even said thanks or bye when she finished the transaction. At the top she scattered the loose change ( refund money) on the counter and didn’t even counted for customer satisfaction.Few of the staff were busy chit-chatting on their phones in the aisle ways.I will not be going back to this location again. Instead I will stick to my favourite south surrey location although it is bit of extra drive!

Worst customer service and never coming back to this location. Saranjit or sharanjit was being really rude and should be not working cause the way she reacted on the price difference situation that they made mistake on it was totally unacceptable. What a dumb person she is said me not to come this location like she owns it or something other hand manager was being professional about the situation and was trying to shush that dumb person like you are working have some respect.

Went in to find a good deal on some sweets. I was in the middle of the candy isle when someone came up behind me. I tried to move out of the way thinking they were trying to get by, and they moved closer. I looked up and there was a security gaurd not a foot away just standing there, watching me. It was the most awkward, rude thing ive ever experienced in any store. Im never going back to this one. There was no one else in the isle, i still can't get over how blunt it was.

Someone show this to the store Manager.If I could give Walmart below zero stars, I definitely would. This experience was beyond bad. I walked in hoping to grab a shopping basket, but what I found was absolutely disgusting. The baskets were so dirty that I kept on searching for cleaner ones, but they only got worse and worse. I approached an employee and asked if they ever clean them “in a very nice way”, and brace yourself for this one, her response was plain and simple "I don't know." She looked at them and cared less. Can you believe it? No effort to help me find something suitable and somewhat clean. The overall cleanliness of the store is a complete disaster. The self-checkout is a nightmare, never seen a clean day in its life, except for when it was new. It's just so disappointing and unprofessional. Walmart definitely has enough money to hire more employees or cleaners to get the job done. This level of cleanliness is not just poor, it's downright disgusting, gross, and unsafe. They need to step up their game and prioritize sanitization. The baskets are dirtier than people's pasts, and that's saying something!The two pictures don’t do justice, there are just an example. I’m sure whoever took the time to read this agrees with me 100000%I don't usually leave bad reviews but this time I had to not just for me but for everyone else.

Horrendously long line ups ! Only 2 in person cashiers open at one time. Atrociously long waits to self check out. A complete turn off from ever wanting to shop here. Don’t recommend this store. More time is spent waiting to cash out and you will most likely wait to do this on your own !! Prices should be much lower to accommodate for the time wasted in line ups and self check out

Worst Walmart in the lower mainland. Avoid this at all costs. Has absolutely nothing in stock. Employees are constantly on their phones or just talking to each other doing absolutely nothing. If you ask them for help they act like you just asked them for their kidney. Majority of the carts also don’t work properly. You’re better off going to a different location.

We went to Walmart Delta location to buy Marvel Spider-Man Boys’ 12" Bike, by Huffy, Ideal for ages 3-5 on Oct 25. There was 1 on display but it's seat was ripped off. The staff said we do not have any in stock, we inquired with cashier and customer service desk as well.On same day, I placed an online order for next day pick up from this location only. We went to pick up the item on Oct 26. The bike was assembled and when it got delivered to us on curbside; we mentioned to the staff that it is missing one piece:Front handlebar plaque and frame insert showcases Spidey in action.She said it is the same one which we placed the order for, I showed her the picture of the product and actual product. She said you can check it inside the store. We went inside the store and shown her that the one on display has this piece. She said she can give us that cycle but it's seat is ripped off. Then we asked her either they can give us new cycle in a box and we can assemble it on our own as it will have all the parts or they can replace the missing part from the one on display. She said they do not have any in the box but she can ask her manager if we can take the missing part from the display one. The store manager said no we can not do that. She said you can return the item and get refund. It was a birthday gift for our child and we already went to the store twice. We did not want to waste any more time again by going to another Walmart location so we decided to keep the item. However poor customer service skills from the manager, you should not be selling the products if it is missing pieces as shown in product description or find a solution for your customers especially when your store is at the fault. It is a small piece which does not matter much for us but it does for the kids.

I just bought the maynards Halloween pack of 90 and as soon as I opened a sour patch kids I found two of them with mold on it so just make sure to check your candies and your kids candies when they come back from trick or treating.

This store sucks, massive lineups that take an hour to get through , so anything frozen will thaw out while you stand there. They only have 2 cashiers on, they would prefer everyone be a free cashier for their store. I will gladly shop at Save On Foods over this store

Worst WalMart I had been to in all North America. The particular cart I took from the shop did not require a coin, and then when I used it their staff gave me a dirty look. Despite all other Walmart branches nearby never required a coin to use the cart anyways. The hygiene is concerning too in this particular branch, and I had a very severe diarrhea after visiting this branch.

Very busy location as compared to our Toronto and Vaughan locations at 10:00 pm. Cashier was not cooperative.

This place SMELLS SO BAD, you walk in and wafts you in the face. it’s so disgusting and messy. It looked like someone threw up on a jacket and the employees put it back. There’s MOLD in this fridge.

Lack of customer service skills, smelly aisles, lack of knowledge of products by the workers.People in the yellow vests have 0 customer service skills especially that rude lady who was at the front by the entrance. She was on her phone playing games instead of welcoming the customers walking in and resolving any issues.Location definitely needs an upgrade from staff to cleanliness and customer service.
