Hello, my mom requested that I submit this question. She would have rated the store as zero stars if possible. The query is: Can we obtain higher-quality bags? This bag broke immediately after being picked up from the shelf and taken to the cashier. It is, by far, the worst bag ever.

Sadly the store manager Mark is very rude. He lacks professionalism along with kindness. My review won’t change anything but Mark should know that he is doing a bad job at a bad job. Where is the integrity? He is abrasiveHe also allows people to have dogs in his store without a service animal vest but I saw him ask a lady with a service dog in training to leave the store. this store that he runs discriminates against disabled people.

We ordered groceries online and did the store front pick up. When we got home we realized that one of the items was missing. We contacted their customer service and they said that we need to to prove that the item was missing. How can you possibly ever prove that? Anyway, we ended up paying for something that we didn't receive. Not happy.

That cart kid with the hat and glasses, (caucasian) irks me. Yelled at me to clean out a piece of garbage from my cart when it wasn't even mine. My wife complained that he yelled at her as she was exiting the sliding doors saying she better put that cart back with the groceries still in her cart. Who the heck does this kid think he is to think it's ok to berate Walmart customers like this? Clean up your act kid. This is incredibly unprofessional.

always sold out of everyday core items, hit or miss, still have to go to other stores for basic, never pay attention to pricing. Even when i ask the price of things they won’t put the price up weeks later. Store is always clean and tidy. Prices have gone up there too substantially as well. Just seems like we have to basic inventory and nothing special.

I was unknowingly signed up for a credit card. I asked the employee 3 separate times if it was a credit card, and she said it was just a rewards card.

I will rate 0 star very bad service Asm is very bad and rude not have sense to talk with customer. Firstly, they send me mail about interview and then at the movement just before 1 hour cancelled.they think I m free for the all time just for Walmart .very poor customer service from asm and mark and the all managers .

Would give 0 if i could. No one cares here. Cashier are slow and workers are not helpful. All young international students that speak in their own language and take 3 of them to do one task. Will not return.

Purchased a 72$ magic the gathering random commander deck box with card sleeves and a card box. After purchasing but before leaving the store I opened the box to find all of the magic cards missing. At first I was told it was non refundable, After about 15 minutes of waiting they were able to refund me 68 of the 72.71, stating that they were unable to refund the pst. If these boxes are non refundable they need to be placed behind glass where thieves can't get to them.
