I called about a washer/dryer unit and spoke with Siti Delai who helped me find exactly what I needed. He sent me photos of the unit so I could look at it before buying, clearly pointed out the minor blemishes, and was able to arrange everything very efficiently. He was straightforward, didn't try to sell me anything more than I wanted, and maintained excellent communication to ensure the purchase and delivery went smoothly. Shout-out to the delivery guys too, they were very professional and did an excellent job of getting a 150kg unit into my basement without any damage. Without hesitation, I would very strongly recommend Trail, Siti and the Annacis Island Outlet Center staff to anyone looking for a large appliance. Thanks!

I went to buy a fridge at Trail Appliances and I had amazing help from Siti Delai. He was informative, patient and took the time to explain everything. I didn't feel rushed, he gave me a good deal and wasn't pushy.
The delivery people were awesome as well!
I would definitely shop here again.

Siti help me and my client with above-and-beyond service to replace a fridge at a luxury tenanted property. He was efficient and accurate in finding the best option for us. Siti took out all the guesswork and he will be my go to appliance expert in the future. BTW it was sold to us at a good price too!

If you're looking for an exceptional deal on any appliance, go to Trail Appliances - Annacis Island Outlet Centre. The gentleman I dealt with was Siti Delai. He was patient, understanding, informative & not a 'pusher to buy this', which I really appreciated.

I am a first time customer and I strongly recommend going here because the sales team will take the time and effort to understand your needs and will attend to them appropriately.
I got in touch Siti Delai and he ensured that he understood my needs and then kept following up with the best product possible within our budget. Within a month, we have exactly what we wanted and without spending anything extra. His attention to detail and making sure he’s available for the customer is something I will always be grateful for.
Secondly, the staff who came in to deliver the product were the most courteous gentlemen I have come across recently making sure that they did the extra mile to ensure the product reached its final destination without any damage or without any effort from my end.
Definitely going back For all my future Purchases.

From advice on the Showroom, to sale to delivery and installation everything was super professional. Salesman Brian was very knowledgeable and accommodating, and the delivery guys were absolutely amazing. They had to install the unit on the third floor up two stairwells in a closet with very limited space. Honestly I had my doubts that it could be done but they did it.

I don’t give 5 stars to anyone. Too many fake reviews. That said, a good experience and I’d shop at Trail Appliances again without second thought. Good tips and explanations by knowledgeable people instead of other stores with helpful dummies.
