Went here over Black Friday and I can say that 2 gentlemen (Nakul & Harpreet) who helped my partner and I. ⭐️⭐️They definitely went above and beyond because I called a week ago asking about the Black Friday Sale and they actually followed up and recommended other options additionally making the whole process super smooth and easy. ?I would definitely recommend family and friends to Telus/Kodoo for a great deal and service. ?️➕

They denied status card exemption immediately when the store is ON-RESERVE land.They told me to call the government if I wanted status exemption.I had to drive to Park Royal mall Best Buy to get the tax exemption which is also on reserve.Bad business when you open up shop on reserve land.

Worst service I ever experienced...Completely disinterested employees without any skill in serving customer needs. I changed mobile provider after dealing with them. Don't go there. There are many places around that treat customers way better
