I recently visited the Sunshine Hills Liquor store to pick up some scotch and wine, and I was impressed with the selection. They had a wide variety of both, making it easy to find something that suited my tastes. The prices were decent, especially considering the typical higher cost compared to U.S. prices. While it’s more expensive than across the border, it still felt reasonable for the quality and selection they offer. The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, which added to the overall positive experience. I would definitely recommend this store for liquor shopping in the area.

I asked for a drink that wouldn’t get me too drunk as I was going out for a pre Super Bowl night and wanted to be able to go to work the next day. The old lady with the blonde bob said she wouldn’t serve me because I asked for something that wouldn’t get me too drunk so she assumed i was drinking already which I was not. Sorry I didn’t realize asking for an alcoholic beverage that wouldn’t make me too drunk was going to result in me almost not being able to purchase something from this business. I worked for a brewery company for many years and this is not how you treat customers. I’d like to chalk up to her just having some medapause but there have been precise issues with her glaring at customers. The funny thing about this whole situation is a don’t even drink I’ve been sober for over 5 years and just looking to cook a recipe I found online <3

One of the bad place I went on Friday evening there was a lady who did misbehave with us and talked too rudely I would suggest everyone to go bc liquor store don't go to this sunshine hills liquor store

Know Me by name greeting me and half of the Friendly and staff know my phone number to collect points on my purchases always leave with a smile

Had a most ridiculous experience at this entity; a business that I and my household have patronized repeatedly in the past. I accompanied my friend (an entire adult!) who was purchasing a bottle of liquor. As she should, she presented her 2 pieces of government ID upon request but was subsequently denied, because wait for it…me, an ENTIRE adult, 10 years her senior and who was NOT party to the purchasing transaction AT ALL, did not have physical ID on my person. The audacity of this cashier, an older woman, who displayed absolutely no tact. Believe you me when I say, common sense is very much UNCOMMON. Guess whose household won’t be transacting there anymore…

Friendly, reat selection and easy in and out, offered me a cart and gave free ice. Other than the fact booze is expensive this place has great.
