Absolutely zero customer service, incredibly rude, you're made to feel like a burden if you ask for help. Was literally asked "what do you want me to do?" By an employee when I asked when I can come back for help since their internet was down at the time.

called to get a quote for A3 size printing and Jagjot told me that I need to come in store for even a rough estimate. I asked what the starting price is and she said it's policy to not give that out over the phone. called a different staples and they were happy to give me prices over the phone

Today i visited staples around 4pm for a package to be returned we asked the girl working in shipment area/ printing area for help she sent us to canada post without even checking the barcode. But it needs to be returned under fedex not Canada post but she said you needs to go to canada post we carried that heavy package with us to staples and then to canada post( canada post worker was really nice she told us it should be under fedex)and then back to staples spending bucks on ubers carrying here and there. I am really frustrated with the customer service just bcz there was a line up u telling people go somewhere else.
Putting ur own theories without even checking what a customer needs help with is disrespectful.
Then plz be sry atleast if it was bymistake instead she starts putting blame on us another example of great customer service?. Hope i never needs to visit staples again WORST EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!

Yesterday I visited staples for my documents printing and the girl at the counter in evening around 6:30 -7:00 was very rude I called her for her help asked me to wait and came with a face like am going to get a donation or free stuff from her.
After being such a reputed place try to hire good employees you can respect work and duties. Also I will recommend my friends not to visit there to just to spoil their whole day

Worst customer service ever by their tech department . Went in to get a chromecast that the website had been saying is in stock since like a week.Asked the guy working in the department, he said we don’t have any. Then I finally found one which clearly had the price tag of 39.99, and scanned as 129.99. The person at checkout who claimed to be the “Supervisor”, named SEHAJ, who didn’t know the c of customer service . Instead of providing alternatives, apologizing or even acknowledging the “ if the price tag says a certain amount u need to sell it at that”, just stood there and laughed in my face on how he being the supervisor doesn’t know who checks or corrects online inventory and said that there is so manager at the store .How does someone became a Supervisor of such a big store without being taught basics of customer service and retail?

The staff at this location are extremely unhelpful and seem to have no regard for customer service. They assume that everyone knows how to use their printing, scanning, and other machines, which isn’t the case for many people. When their printer got jammed, I was still charged, and there was no assistance offered. I was advised to use a different machine for scanning, with the promise that it would be cheaper, but it ended up being much more expensive. I had to log off multiple times and pay repeatedly because no one was willing to help me. In the end, I left with my tasks incomplete and money wasted due to the staff's lack of support. Very disappointed and frustrated with my experience here

Had to come back 3 times because of poor quality. People don’t know how to cut paper. My friend’s 13 year old sister could cut better than the employees at this location. In the end we just decided to refund our order. On top of that it took 4 people to process an online refund.
