I went to order fried rice and ginger beef today, the server told me that it needs to be microwaved before consumption. I said that is fine as long as the containers are microwaveable, she said yes and then gives me the product. I go to microwave the food and all the plastic melted.
Now I have no lunch for me and my co-worker. Spending the time and money to training your employees is critical for health & safety along with customer service. Do better Save On Foods.

Clean store with a lot of stuff. Only thing is to keep an eye on the cleaning of the meat slicers! Cheers!
Update: I’ve reached out to save on foods and they told me that the staff was new and that they will take care of the situation immediately. So a few days later I went in and……the same problem again! It’s not the staff, it’s the management that needs monitoring!!! Unacceptable!!!

Our Save On Foods card was very outdated, Jasmine provided us with a new card, transfered our points to the new card. Jasmine then helped us put the Save on Foods app on our phones enabling us to use the phone instead of needing g to use the card love modern technology!

We ordered sandwiches and charcuterie platters from here and they were fantastic. Ordering line was easy, as was pick up. I’d definitely order from here again!

We had a birthday party at our home and had 20 neighbours attending. All the food was made in your Deli and the cake was made in your bakery. All the food was marvelous and all the guests wanted to know where it came from. Thank you All for the wonderful job you did. Please pass this on to the Deli and Bakery.

I generally enjoy shopping at Save-On-Foods; however, I've noticed a decline in the quality of their Lumber Jack sandwich and Rotisserie Chicken recently. The sandwich toppings, like roast beef and cheese, have noticeably decreased in quantity over the past few weeks.
Last week, I decided to give it another chance, but I was disappointed. While the upper bread was delicious, the lower one was dry and tasted stale. Frankly, it was quite unpleasant, especially considering the price.
As for the Rotisserie Chicken, it's consistently overcooked with blackened skin and dry meat. It's really disappointing.
I hope they reconsider their approach and prioritize quality, even if it means adjusting prices.

Giving this location 5 stars because people are very nice, but the main highlight is that they are the ONLY LOCATION EVER that carries my favorite wine in the entire city. Yes, that's right, they have a local BC wines section and it's fabulous.

Nice store. Friendly service especially the meat department because they take preorder cuts for roasts. They have good sales too but regular prices cannot beat discount stores like Walmart. Bonus points actually should be 4.5 stars because this store sells wines and spirits.
