The pharmacist showed up late to open store on Sunday. Staff and customers waiting outside. She had horrible attitude,no apology,just" Better late than never". Nice customer service!?. That being said the staff that worked there were nice.

While coming into the establishment, I was greeted by a girl who seemed to not wanna be there and was clearly irritated when I asked a question. It was kind of clean and the shelves weren’t properly faced. I don’t know how this establishment runs things but other ones I’ve been to don’t run like this. I don’t think I’ll be coming back if they don’t fix certain problems. Do better.

The post office is not a fully functioning post office. They refer you to Canada Post which seems odd as I thought they were Canada Post.

I scheduled an appointment to speak to the pharmacist about a minor ailment through the "BC book a pharmacy appointment" website, when I arrived for my appointment time I was told the pharmacist was too busy to speak with me. The pharmacist asked me from across the room what ailment I was there for and I had to loudly announce it in front of other customers, very embarrassing. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if when you arrive the pharmacist can't make time for you? Awful experience.

WARNING: CONTAINS (GMO)I looked at some of the bottle label ingredients off the shelf and they contain (GMO) if you dont know what that is, well lets just say its something that should not be inside of you, along with other toxic garbage. I recommend you check it out. Makes me think "how could they sell something like this to people" I no longer take medication due to it making me feel like a zombie cause of the side effects, When I look at the side effects list on any medication there are about 20-30 side effects that I can develop, these include for example (Headache / Nausea / Vomiting / Fatigue / Liver Damage even Over Dose), just to fix 1 health issue. No Thanks!TRY A NATUROPATH INSTEAD!

Excellent pharmacy, very personal service. I wouldn’t take my prescriptions anywhere else. The rest of the store is great too. Lots of cool little gift things as well as basic drugstore items.

The old asian lady working inside here who's an excuse of a Canada post employee is extremely rude, disrespectful, and mocks customers. I recommend she be disciplined and let go of her position here. Everyone who has lived in the area does not like her and avoids the store because of this horrible treatment. All my friends and family agree that she does more harm then good. Tarnishes the reputation of this longtime pharmasave location. Smarten up, choose the right people with manners who can speak proper english, and move on.
