My wife and I went to price out a wedding band to replace the one she had lost. Surjit showed her a couple but my wife has really small fingers so she showed my wife some small diamond rings that were cheaper than the gold bands. My wife decided she was going get her first diamond ring there but it had to be resized quite a bit smaller but Surgit called the head office and got everything set up. The ring even has a life time warranty. We really appreciated Surjit's help. 5 stars

I went in today to get my wedding rings cleaned and the sales lady has the nerve to ask me if my rings are "sterling silver"? What a joke. It's sad if the people working can't tell a diamond apart from silver ? ? ?

I took my engagement ring and custom wedding band in for repair and my engagement ring has been stolen/lost. The staff at the store are very rude and not helpful. It has been 8 months and there is still no resolution.

I went to buy a watch for myself. The sales girl who was helping me was extremely rude and had poor customer service skills.When I asked for a specific product, she was clueless and replied “We don’t carry that in store”. I showed her the product in the store and after that she answered all the questions with bad behaviour and attitude.I will never gonna shop at that store again.I had extremely bad experience with staff and service.

I went to buy a necklace for my daughter at the Tsawwassen Mills location. I was looking at a Pearl pendant with a gold chain. The sales lady comes over and advises me that it’s regularly $399 but on sale for the price listed on the sticker for $249.I decide to buy it then at the till the lady advises me she was going to deduct 10% and the price would be $359. This made no sense. I’d seen the price sticker and she’d told me the price. I queried her and she said the sale ended yesterday.She was deliberately deceptive. If she’d apologized and said she and the store made a mistake I’d understand. As it is it was dishonest and unethical. I asked them to honour the quoted and listed price but they refused.I will never shop here again.

I visited the store to purchase some jewellery for my sisters wedding. The staff was lovely in particular Salma was a huge help. She went over all the important details regarding the piece I was looking at and helped with the decision . She was also willing to go over everything on my second visit when I came in with my sister to finalize the purchase. She has since been my go to person at the store!

Horrible location since new manager, Salema? took over. Dropped my ring off for repairs, got emailed and called that my ring was ready for pick up. Went to pick up my ring and was refused release. Belittled and basically accused of trying to steal my own ring.. horrible customer service. Will not be making a purchase from this company again.
