My husband bought two perfect pairs of shoes. Priya was sooo helpful, accommodating and patient with us. Overall staff were really welcoming and friendly.
We have been to New Balance store langley quite a few times, never had a decent experience.
Thank you so much guys. We live in chilliwack, even though langley is close to us. I will always come back to this store.

Go to Chris. That’s your guy. Exceptional service. He is a runner who is very knowledgeable about the products in the store — Thank me later. Give him a raise New Balance. This is also a locally owned New Balance so try and support your local shoe store.
Chris helped me try on 3 shoes, measured my foot size and explained the products he had to offer in good detail. Importantly his service was almost too good — he stayed past close for me, only for me to tell him that I have couple more shoes that I need to see before I make a purchase. He respected that.

Thankyou for your great service Madison! I was visiting out of province and bought a pair of runners that felt perfect but later realized manufacturers shortened foot bed (fresh more V5) when I returned home the communication and service with Madison was top notch! She Sent me the runners I desperately needed due to foot issues and I was able to send the other pair back! She was very knowledgeable and process went smoothly!
Now if Newbalance would just stick to the moto , what’s not broken ,don’t fix it ! Please keep producing the More Fresh Foam V3 it’s the only runner for my feet! Please produce more size 10.5 D There is always a shortage

I visited New Balance delta with my mom to find her a work shoe, and Priya was incredibly helpful. She took the time to assess my mom’s needs, recommending non-slip options that would be most suitable for her. Priya carefully measured my mom's feet and thoroughly explained the features of each shoe. I highly recommend the Delta location for anyone in need of quality footwear – the staff is not only knowledgeable but also genuinely kind and attentive.

November/2024: New Balance Delta is absolutely the best destination for professional knowledge and the perfect-fit shoe! I've been shopping here for years. From time to time I check out other stores that are not New Balance, but they never meet New Balance Delta store standards of knowledge and range of selection. Each time I need new shoes for the gym, I go to New Balance Delta and I've never been disappointed. I wear orthotics fitted by Dr. Steven Stark and the New Balance Delta Store Manager and Co-owner, Paul McGowan, recognized the orthotics at first sight. My old shoes were, sad to say, very old. My new ones, however, reflect the new technology. Not only are they a better fit but they weigh half of what my old shoes did! Thank you, Paul! A wonderful shopping experience as always.

The store is nicely laid out and I wasn't sure anyone could fit my feet! Well I'm still amazed. The staff were friendly and the man who helped me was sweet and patient.

The service, product and expertise of Chris and Paul are the best I have ever experienced in any shoe store. For the past 6 years since I discovered this store I have bought all of my footwear for walking, running and hiking here. I have yet to be disappointed in anything I have purchased here. Simply the best.

I felt exceptionally serviced here. I wanted a specific colour way of a shoe they didn't have in stock. When they got it Chris contacted me and told me they will keep it on hold for me personally.

Great place to get expert running advice and affordable running gear. Though I wouldn’t say top tier items, they are certainly on the high end mid tier.
I was helped by Chris, the store manager and he did a great job at helping me select the right shoe for exchange. I was a bit unsure, and still am, but using the shoe so far for about a week feels good so far. I’d recommend stopping by and checking the options here, very similar to Nike and adidas but way more affordable!

We have had a few opportunities of great service from this New Balance Location. Their staff have a wide knowledge of the shoes that they carry and make sure that you have the best fit for your needs. The quality of the shoes keeps us coming back as they last and the kids feet usually grow out of the shoes before they need to be replaced and they can be passed onto another kiddo. Paul was able to help us out with a return recently that had some challenges and he had great communication with us throughout the process. I would like the opportunity to shop for more colour options in store and not just order online.

Today, I went to the store to return an online order after New Balance made a significant error with my purchase. I can’t express enough appreciation for the store manager, Chris Barth. He went above and beyond to assist me and ultimately resolved the issue, even though the mistake originated from New Balance’s corporate warehouse. Despite the company's challenges, Chris, as a representative of the store, handled everything exceptionally well. His customer service was outstanding, and I truly can’t thank him enough – he’s practically doing God’s work!
Additionally, the cashier, whose name I unfortunately forgot, was also very helpful. She had blondissh hair and was white ( Not being racist or anything ) was incredibly courteous throughout the process. Both of them made what could have been a frustrating experience much more manageable.

Great experience w Madison today! Even though I had specific styles I wanted (one had been discontinued) she knew exactly what to recommend as an alternative and from my phone call to in-store experience she assisted me in the best way possible from A-Z.
She has excellent customer service & professionalism and found the lifestyle sneaker I wanted as well as ordered in another that I wanted in, as well as helped me with some shorts and socks and got me the best for my budget.
I appreciate your help so much Madison I’ll definitely be back and I appreciate it as a retail manager for 20 years great customer service experiences are few and far between these days and are greatly valued.
