I had my tires replaced almost a year ago.
I went to Hyundai to have my breaks inspected and the technician was unable to remove the lunges nuts because they were stripped. It cost me 400 to have the lugnets removed. I called National Tire for compensation and the manager refused any compensation.
I will never buy tires from this company again.

Spoke to Moe over the phone , he was able to get me in right away for my Tesla 3 , I highly recommend National tire , they’re staff are super friendly and they provide lifetime free flat repair on tires installed from them. I drove all the way from Vancouver and would definitely go back in the future. Keep up the good work!

Tried checking the wheel nuts torque on my gmc pu after getting new tires at NTW. With my snap on torque wrench set at 200 LBS/FT, I couldn't budge the nuts! Setting is supposed to be 140 LBS/FT! Had to use 3/4 inch long wrench to loosen them!! If I ever had to get them off on highway due to a flat, I would have NEVER loosened them with the G.M. wrench supplied with the truck. Talked to lying store manager who said they HAND TORQUE ALL WHEEL NUTS TO CORRECT TORQUE EVERY TIME!!! BULLSHIT!! They were way overtightened with an impact gun!! I showed the manager what I had to use to get them off, and he kept telling me they HAND TORQUE the nuts every time!!! He's a blatant liar who doesn't care and takes no responsibility for their mistake!
