The photo center was super helpful but way, way too expensive. I had photos taken last year for $15 (still have the receipt and everything), but this year it has risen to $18 and with the digital add-on it was $25. They won't let you just get the digital version, so I caution anyone looking for only that to go elsewhere, as they didn't tell us the price until after we took the photos.

Brandon at the photo centre was super helpful! I didn’t end up even getting anything but within 5 mins he taught me more about my camera than I’ve managed to learn anywhere else! I’ll definitely be coming back to get my film equipment with his expertise:)

Have used London Drugs for year as I was an employee at the pharmacy while going to university however the customer service has just gone downhill to the point of where I am switching now. Came in after very clear instructions for filling the pills and there was an error which is understandable. However no sense of urgency to quickly make the correction and was advised to wait with all the other prescriptions. Knowing how pharmacies are run it was disappointing along with other errors or service issues in the past.
Unfortunately cant support them any longer and have gone to a local pharmacist with more care and attention to service.

I've been going to this London drugs now for over 15 years and getting prescriptions filled and buying a whole bunch of stuff. Today I had a prescription communicated by my doctor to London drugs at noon when I came to pick up the prescription at 5:30 p.m. they told me I needed to come back on Saturday or Tuesday to pick up the prescription. It was Thursday today and I was looking for a simple athlete's foot cream and they did not have it ready and they literally told me I had to wait between 48 hours and 72 hours to get the prescription after receiving the prescription for my doctor they even knew about it in a received it and waited for me to come in and then tell me to come back in 2 to 3 days time to pick up a simple prescription. When I raise the issue with the pharmacist he got angry and dismissed me when I raised the issue with the manager there was no manager he hadn't been in for a week there's no assistant manager hadn't been in for days so I talked to a supervisor who lost your temper with me and got very upset and did not even understand the situation and did not want to complete waste of time don't go here anymore.

So London Drugs gets their computers hacked and my personal information is stolen but London Drugs is telling people that that's not what happened my personal information is out there now because London Drugs could not protect themselves or their customers do you really trust companies like this London Drugs is lying to you about your personal information protection trying to cover up the fact that they're vulnerable and so is your personal information do not trust London Drugs they're lying to you
