I love London Drugs! Their prices might be a bit higher than other places but I go back for their service. Specifically, I’ve gone 3-4 times for cosmetics sections. The ladies there are so helpful. I’ve had 3 different people help me and every single one of them are very helpful. I go to Sephora and I hate walking in there because unless your a 20 year old there not willing to help you!

Alex in the photo department was so helpful. I originally bought a camera at the Ironwood location and realized it had been used. Over ten days and three phonecalls I was still trying to get it replaced. Each time I was told the system was down so they couldn't order in another one, but I'd think they could have phoned another store. There was really very little effort on Ironwood's part to fix their store's mistake.
I called the Ladner location and Alex was helpful right away. The level of customer service was really night and day. A friendly and helpful employee greeted us when we got to the electronics department. Alex made the transaction easy. He knew of all the promotions available, including a free camera backpack that the Ironwood location hadn't mentioned. He sorted out a frustrating situation he had no part in creating and I really appreciate it.

I had to get my battery key changed and needed help with it because when it opened the whole thing fell apart. Connor was amazing and helped piece it all back together and put in a new battery. He was very patient and took the time to do this. I will definitely be coming back knowing this type of service is here
