Gap Factory Outlet surprisingly had what we were looking for. Nice store, nice staff and staff were particularly helpful. With nice staff and nice products, it lead to the sale. Returns with sales receipt accepted within 30 days and does say on the receipt. Wouldn't hesitate to shop here again, if this store has products we're looking for.

The customer service was horrible I had a jacket that was a couple days over the return date but the jacket was never worn, had all the tags on it, and even had the receipt. The worker told me that I can get the manager and she will do the return but the manager ended up saying she will not do the return or exchange it and this was a $150 jacket and she said the most she can give us is 40. I’ve never had this problem at any other stores where as they where always kind and helpful but this gap was a whole different story.

When I arrived at the checkout there was only one employee at the checkout. (No lineup when I arrived)The employee (Sheela) who was stocking the area immediately came to the checkout to assist me. She ran to the back to see if they had my size in another color. Excellent service! An asset to Gap. She was terrific!

The old man responsible in arranging the line up on boxing day is so disrespectful.He treats people so badly.Please teach your staff some respect.If he is the manager.Fire him!! Doesnt deserve the position.

Best affordable store for lowers and hoodies. For a chance this is one of the gap stores that's a factory outlet and was organized. The store is located right next to old Navy & Lucky right in front of food court.

Was there today and saw one of the staff ram her cart to a customer. Apparently the staff didn't apologize either so the customers started a fuss. Overheard the manager offering the customer a coupon - I thought this was a joke! Obviously the customer didn't take it. The manager could have at least apologized to the customer! Rude staff and terrible customer service for sure.
