Generally speaking they have lower prices than Save on foods. Whilst for some items Save on foods has better selection.

Im so happy that I don't have to go to Richmond for speciality products. Good prices. Half the price of Save On and great customer service.

Simran the cashier has exceptional customer service skills. She always has smile on , no matter what time we go. The Store itself does not have lot of options for products but it's employees like simran that bring customers to this store. Thank you

Have you ever noticed that grocery stores have the opposite name to what they are? For example, you won't save no money if you're shopping at Save On Foods, and you won't find many thrifty people shopping at Thrifty Foods. FreshCo has low prices.

Oh my, really really awful customer service!
There is definitely no training to their employees how to communicate with the customer!
Young people with no respect.
As a franchise looks that they count only in low prices of their almost expired or expired products.
There is a ZERO customer service.
And the cashiers, oh my...
So many times I had to go back because of their mistakes and guess what! No apologies!!
Who is running this messed up in Ladner?!!

Visited the Ladner store today because they have Coke on sale at an excellent price, unfortunately I wasn’t able to find any on the shelf. I asked a staff who was so happened to be there for help and he was extremely helpful. The customer service was top notch hence a 5 star review.

Overall prices are good .. the one thing they should start doing is use the 2nd bagging area.. its very frustrating to see elderly having to rush to bag their things when the next customer's items are being pushed on the same side .i once asked why they dont use it properly the answer was ..at the customer request we use it.. seriously?? About a little common sense here..

This Ladner location is bright and well planned. Parking is close to Dollar Store, Starbucks and pet store. Shell gas station is conveniently close by. The Royal Bank and London Drugs are within the same square. Fitness and nail shop are available. Cobbs Bread and Bulk Barn, make this shopping trip a one stop shop!

It's fine and usually clean. Doesn't have a great selection and sometimes things will come in for a month or two and never come back (tofurky slices, earth's balance, hellmans vegan dressings). Always really curious as to why the apples are in the open fridge but the blueberries, strawberries, raspberries are sitting on the shelf.... the most delicate fruits that need to be kept cool and usually half are rotten, maybe put them in the fridge for better sales. Some cashiers here don't even say hello to you, they scan your stuff so quickly, then you have to pay and finish bagging while they are putting the next person's items in with your groceries... even though there's two lanes for items to go in per customer.
