Fountain Tire provided exceptional emergency repair service for my car when other shops had long wait lists. My car wouldn’t start and needed towing. Justin at Fountain Tire was extremely friendly and professional. The initial repair resolved the issue, but I later noticed another unrelated problem. Justin advised me to bring the car in as soon as possible, and he ensured his team quickly identified the root cause, ordered the necessary parts, and completed the repairs promptly. Justin even personally checked the car after the work was done. Overall, it was a pleasant, hassle-free experience with timely updates and transparent costs. I highly recommend Fountain Tire in Ladner for their outstanding customer service. Many thanks to Justin and the team!

This location is amazing ! It was my first time having a flat tire and I arrived in a bit of a panic to the store as I just made it there before my tire was probably about to blow from a large screw I didn't know that was in there! From the moment I walked in, Norm helped me and was nothing but first class , patient and caring . The owner Ryan was also there and the way these gentlemen took care of me I can't say thank you enough. The shop was very busy , and I can see why everyone would want to come here now - they were able to get 4 new tires on in time for after school activities when the car is needed most . I feel so lucky to have Fountain Tire in Ladner with people running it that care, make you feel important and thank you on the way out for your business . Thank you to Ryan and Norm and all the technicians that worked on my Rogue!

Great place, friendly staff and very knowledgeable. Started bringing vehicles here for services and has not disappointed! They can do all mechanical repairs and A/C in a timely manner. I always used to go to Fountain Tire as my tire shop. Recently something has changed there. The Tilbury branch closed down and the Ladner branch is badly managed with the manager trying to hard sell you new tires all the time when you don’t necessarily need new tires. Very disappointing annd frustrating, and will use other tire shops from here on.

Have been one tire shop at New Westminster twice last year, they kept me waiting hours and hours, didn’t even touch my car. Found this store with good reviews, showed up, get tire fixed in two hours.

They just opened this location not too long ago but already have everything set up well! Ryan at the front was super knowledgeable and friendly!Had my tires changed and they’re perfect and very speedy service!Also they have a nice seating area if you need and offer tea or coffee. Plus lots of local shops that are great to go to while the service is being done if you prefer.Great service - I highly recommend going here!
