Is the fountain tire at 104 and Walley is crooked. They stole my tire . ( had to buy 2 for the rear , only needed 1. Came over to pick up my car and they had no tire for me that was still in excellent shape. Thieves work there . Dont give them any business!!!!!

My sister brought her 2009 honda crv in for a battery replacement in April of 2024 Battery was replaced at a charge of $465.22. Approximately 1 month later the battery was dead again.
She was able to get a jump start and limp it down there for their techs to have a look at it. She was informed that the battery was fine but it needed an alternator. She was quoted approximately $1000 to replace the alternator.
The battery that was installed as "new" was 2yr old shelf stock that won't hold a charge.
The alternator was tested and confirmed to be charging at 14v. Safe to say no voltage test was done on the charging system, no was a load test done to confirm that the 2yr old "new battery" was defective.
Avoid this shop. They are crooks and can't be trusted to diagnose and repair a vehicle correctly. They are out strictly to steal your money.

Took my car for simple tire repair. They tried to upsell me to replace all my tires. I refused and decided to take my car back. At the end I was charged service fee for the same cost of regular tire repair. I was charged literally for nothing, which I was not informed at the beginning. Not an honest and transparent business practice. I had a bad customer experience for no reason.

Took my car here for a simple wheel alignment $160.00 service.My mechanic warned me of their upsell tactics.My mechanic even made sure everything was good to go for this service. 0800 am appointment. Dropped my car and within 30 min I get a text saying my car needs $3,000 in repairs.Pick my car up after 45 min. I’m charged $100.00 for nothing .What a joke ! Lost a customer and this customer’s friends and family.Steer clear of this place if you value your money.They will take every dollar you allow them to !

I had a nail in my tire but could not take my car myself as I had work so my dad took my car. They told my dad that all 4 of my tires needed to be changed (I had changed 2 of my tires 6 months prior). I told my dad to come home without any work on my car and took it to the benz dealership (which I usually go to for maintenance but I couldn't get an appointment quickly). The photos they showed my dad was HIS SUV benz. They didn't even check my tires. They just saw my dad's name and it's a benz then assumed it's his car he brought. I would recommend not bringing your vehicle here.

I Stopped by a couple of days ago to get my winter tires put on my car and when I came back to pay they charged me almost 80.00. I thought that was very expensive so I called my dealership asking how much they charge and they would have charged me 49.99 plus tax, quite a difference in price. I was very disappointed in the price difference. I won't be coming back here and will stick with my dealership

BEWARE!!Went here awhile back and got a nozzle fixed. They overcharged me a ton.But now I am trying to get winter tires on and these guys over torqued all of my lug nuts. (I did not ask them to tighten) So the place I bought my tires are having major issues because of the over torquing, 1 snapped. And they are struggling to get the other tires off.So beware of this shop!! They do not know how to properly tighten tires!!
