Not a good wash at all...didn't wash soap from the windows.. blowers don't have that much power to remove water properly... didn't like it.. though u can grab a deal of buy one 2nd 50% off....!! Only on monday

I think the employee working at this site at 7:35 pm on a wednesday evening, still need some training on how to treat customers, also, it would be a little nice if she can lower her voice and not yell at customers for lame reasons. Do better Ms Kaur and this is going from someone who was working the customer service for ten years.

Don’t wash your car here. It left soap, didn't rinse properly and I went inside “they said drive slow to rinse the soap properly” ,what a joke as it is a stand still car wash ( soap is applied and car is rinsed, your car need to be in parking gear). Finally they said “we cannot do anything”, terrible customer service, they just want your hard earned money. Please don’t waste your money here.

The stupid thing i ever heard in my life that they were asking for id to purchase lighter. Associate ask manager Dimple and she has no idea that its not the law. I work 4 years in store and never heard anything that stupid. Seems like they dnt have any knowledge how to run business. I bought the lighter from next super store to their location.

Whent to buy a drink today and they had two scanners and Pos terminal machines to charge people ( Left one which the TAP doesn't work + right one newer machine with TAP Feature )
So I kinda scanned my own drink while it was still in my hand on the newer machine on the right side and total came up to 2.81. The lady automatically whent nonono not this machine it's not working. But it was weird bcuz why wouldn't it be working if everything was going smooth even showed me the drink name and price on the screen display. She goes and erases everything on the screen and rescans it on the left Pos terminal machine, but see now the price of the drink whent from 2.81 to 3.99 which is just over a dollar n few pennies in bump of price. And when I mentioned it she kept trying to deny it and wouldn't scan my drink again bcuz I was trying to prove her I was right. Something shady about this whole fact they want you to use a POS terminal machine and enter ur code by entering ur card and pin code & on top of everything price is Extraa.

I never complained about everything at all but for the very first time I felt so bad today as your employee name Raviya I guess in the night shift on 1june, 2024, behaved so rudely and was throwing the things I bought and I just wanna say this is not suppose to be a customer service and the manager should not hire people like her.

Seems they don't update the price online regularly and let it remain below the prevailing prices and when you go there you realize they aren't lower. Good marketing strategy!!

I am regular customer at this location. Quite convenient for me. Smart Shop also neatly maintained. Good service, courteous & prompt staff. Recently on a day, I noticed it's manager scolding her cashier in presence of customers, could be for some past issue or whatever. Talking rudely to a subordinate saff in presence of customers isn't a cordial show-up. I also didn't feel good. just grabbed my purchase and left the store. A point to ponder for the management. Else no hard feelings.

Worst gas station ever.I fill up my car on pump 7. And I left it on automatic fill. My car was already full but the gas was pouring in the ground and I wasted a lot of gas. When I went inside to let the stuff know. The manager was being too rude telling me we can not do anything about it. There was some tech-nations working on few pumps. Also their gas was pumping really slow. My shoes smell like gas and all my car start smelling like gasoline. I wish I could give this place less than a 1 star. Very unprofessional manager. Instead of being nice she was being too rude.
