“The bathrooms are always clean. It's the only public bathroom in "downtown Ladner". lol.

The libraries are a great "3rd space", where you're not expected/encouraged to spend a single cent.

The parking lot is always full during weekday mornings due to the activities, but there's always a lot of street parking.

I have a VPL, BPL, & RPL card as well, because why not? "if it's free it's for me". But the FVRL often has the material that I'm looking to borrow. The Ironwood library is close enough if not, and I'm regularly in the Fraserview library's area.”

“A bit wild with a huge number of plants. Some mature trees.Lovely spot for a picnic in amongst the gardens. Truly a haven in the rapidly expanding Southlands development. Which is IMO being done with great respect for the land and surrounding community. I grew up in the " Bay " and have been a visitor for the last 40 years.”
