Horrible customer service. My mother bought a bag from this location during the summer, just for the bag handles to start ripping and revealing the stitches underneath after 3 months of handling with care.
Upon arrival at Tsawassen Coach, the worker told us the bag would be covered underneath manufacturers warranty for one year. At the initial point of purchase, the worker never gave us a physical receipt, but asked us to provide an email, which they were not able to locate in store on our account after providing the correct email address.
I told the situation to the manager of the store, and while looking up my account, there was an “error” in duplicates.
While we were present in the store, I overheard a worker gossiping to another coworker near the cash register about our situation, but they were too afraid to say it upfront.
The horrible customer service with poor quality of handbags has absolutely ruined Coach’s image and reputation for us.

When my daughter was shopping at your store, she had a very unpleasant experience. Despite owning several Coach items and being a loyal fan of the brand, she was followed closely by an employee throughout her visit. At one point, the employee even took an item from her hand and put it back on the shelf while she was still looking at it. This constant shadowing made her feel extremely uncomfortable. She had intended to purchase something for herself but ended up leaving due to the poor service. We are very disappointed and will not be returning.

This brown woman employee was rude and gave us a judgmental look while we were looking around, was not a good experience, they should hire better employees and more nicer!

One of the worst customer service I have ever had. No one asked if I needed help or assisted me at all. When I went up to pay they just threw my purse in the bag. No care at all. When I asked for a box the teller rolled her eyes like a child. She came back with a box and just handed it to me. I just spent 250+ in your store. The lease you could do is put it in a box with a little care. No work ethics at all. Last time I will purchase anything from that location. Not one employee I saw in this store took any pride in their job. They mine as well be flipping burgers.

I don't live in BC, but a store close to me told me they had a specific purse I was looking for. So I called the store and got to talk to Oli. She was the most helpful sales associate I could ask for. She was so patient with my requests and helped me get my items shipped out same day. She told me she was new there, but I couldn't have asked for anyone better to help! If I'm ever in BC I know I'd visit that store for sure.

Fabulous customer service!! Chan helped me pick out gifts as well as price check. I couldn't have met a sweeter individual. Highly recommend her assistance! She helped me pick out three wallets and two purses!
