I had a scrape on my car and instead of repainting etc, (which I thought it needed) they simply buffed it for a few minutes on the spot!!! Took under 15 minutes at the shop. I took my Tesla to four other accredited body shops before Victor almost immediately evaluated what I needed, adjusted the headlamps on the spot and provided an instant quote to do the job. None of the other shops could properly assess what I needed and actually declined to investigate further, even if I paid them for their time! Crazy, I know, but this shop did a great job and realised that I needed a few more parts to properly update the car to current specifications; and Victor booked a return visit where they finished up the work, doing even more than originally expected while I waited. Amazing in this day and age when bad service is almost de rigueur!”

“I had the best experience at JC Pro Auto Repair! I needed some ICBC repair work done and Jacky was just awesome. First off, he's incredibly friendly and welcoming, which just makes the whole process so much less stressful.
It was also a massive help that he speaks Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, making it super easy to explain exactly what was going on.
You can tell he’s a total pro and really knows his stuff. He was super responsive and genuinely helpful. I also had a side mirror that needed replacing, and he just took care of it for me right away—I was so grateful! It’s hard to find service like that.
Because of their great work, I'll 100% be coming back to JC Pro for all my future car maintenance. Highly recommend this place!”
