The service was lacking as no one greeted me upon entering, and I had to search for assistance. Despite this, I made a purchase due to my liking for the shoes. However, upon checking the receipt, I noticed I was charged $250 + tax instead of the price on the box ($240 + tax). When I informed the staff, they admitted to forgetting to update the prices on the boxes and suggested putting a sticker over them. Although I chose not to return the shoes, this experience has deterred me from future shopping at this store.

I been to the store for the first time and i had an excellent experience with a very friendly and cheerful girl named kiran. She helped me selecting a pair of shoes and color. I loved the way she was so welcoming to the customers and attend to their needs. I will definitely return next time!!

The manager was absolutely incredible with helping me find my size in the shoes I was looking for.She went above and beyond for what I wanted ,she is so sweet and nice to my friend.I will most likely come back again

Super great service from the manager! I think her name was Shayna. She went out of her way to share her opinions and grabbed me 10 pairs of shoes from the back, to make sure I got the ones I wanted! Would highly recommend her and Blackwell :)

Been here a couple times and always had excellent service from Shayna! She was incredibly helpful and sweet. I will definitely be coming back for my next pair of shoes!

Very good customer service, young lady went out of her way to get me the shoes I wanted. And they were 50% off. Shoes were not on display but rather in the back. Great pair with an even greater price..?
