Many thanks to Mitchell for taking my “stress” phone call and booking me in first thing Monday Morning . My vehicle was back on the road by noon Monday .

Justin advised me to bring the car in as soon as possible, and he ensured his team quickly identified the root cause, ordered the necessary parts, and completed the repairs promptly. “I had a great customer interaction with Delta Truck& Trailer. I wanted a VIN attached to my homebuilt utility trailer. I called three ICBC-licensed 'inspection facilities' in the Delta BC area to learn price and availability for the service. These were generally automotive shops. The common response was 'Well I think we can do it....not sure how much to charge' Not confidence-inspiring. Eventually reached Chuck at Truck& Trailer, and got an entire lesson on trailer VIN regulation and ICBC procedures. I filled out my ICBC forms, paid ICBC my $25, and waited for the little metal tag to arrive at the shop. Took my trailer in and Chuck had a technician attach the tag by drilling and riveting the tag to the frame. Chuck advised that an inspection was not required for a trailer under 1400kg, so no charge for an inspection. Chuck completed his side of the ICBC forms, made a copy for me. I went in to pay for the service, or just leave a tip, and Chuck said 'No charge'. Finally, a good, honest, and *knowledgeable* company...”

“Great people. Went in to change over to winter wheels. Attended my car immediately. As he took off the wheels, he realised that the rear brakes need to be renewed. Showed me the brakes and gave me an estimate.upon my confirmation ordered the parts. Since the scope of the job had increased, offered to drop me off. Which I declined since I live walking distance from the store. Got a call when the job was completed.
Got my wife's car done the next day and got the same great service.

“Great people, good service, and well-priced. They are committed to making sure your vehicle is serviced well and quickly. Ensuring your confidence in them as a consumer even if you aren't knowledgeable. Aaron's is also able to diagnose an issue well based on your observation.
I have had to get my Subaru serviced a few times here and have had a great time dealing with the front staff. They are transparent with options you have for fluids or parts. It's also a benefit that they don't push extra maintenance, such as an oil change. They will tell you about a potential issue they notice in case you want to do it yourself or offer to do it themselves.
The following is my mistake for not following up immediately after a service:
An issue occurred after one service (differential gear and fluid replacement) where asbestos packing near the engine's heat shield was missing after I picked it up, causing a rattling sound 5 minutes after leaving the lot. I didn't bring it back until a few months later to get it fixed (my fault).”
“Dropped in for snacks for my kids and to use their restroom. I was impressed with how clean and fresh the bathroom smelled upon entering in. There was no garbage or residual water anywhere on the sink area and the floor was clean and not sticky. My previous experience at other Chevron gas stations are sub par and try to avoid them unless I really need to use it. Keep up the good work with keeping it clean and smelling fresh.”

They were able to diagnose problems and help me able to have a couple of visits to completely fix the car for less than a third of the price given to me by the dealership.”
