When I did have an issue with them, they took responsibility and threw in some extras to make up for the trouble. “I got the interior of my car cleaned and detailed with Adeel and his team and I was VERY impressed! They were very accommodating and the whole process was smooth.My car is an old 2006 and the upholstery/entire inside/inner panels were very dirty. Once it was cleaned, the inside looked like it was brand new. Will definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this place!”
“This place is really efficient. For a basic car wash it's $30 and for basic inside and out it's $50 dollars. Opted to get a external only car wash and went walking around. When I came back after 15 minutes it was already done.For the price if you're just doing basic stuff, I think it's worth.”

“Came with my Xtra Large SUV for the first time. I booked in for a interior and exterior clean. They did a great job. Online says this job takes approx 45min but they called me 1.5 hours later to pick up my car. They were very friendly. 100% worth the money. I will be back regularily.”
“Took my daughter's Honda Civic in for fluid replacement and was impressed with their customer service.They noticed corrosion around the car battery stems, so they wire brushed that off and cleaned the area up for free. They also polished the faded head lights...They had a waiting room with free bottled water and TV'S to watch, so easy to wait for our car.Recommend for car repair or autobody work, and will definitely be back.”

Their soap has different colours and i talked with Robin who told us all the different things they do for their express wash and detailing. I got my bf a full detailing and we didn't quite understand what leather spa was until our car came back and the leather, the matt, the carpet was a WHOLE other colour than what we were used to seeing (yes our car was dirty...) thank you for a great service!!”

“Came in for full interior and exterior cleaning / hand washing, and waxing for the first timeOverall, at a far distance my car was sparkling clean and it's shinyBut if you look carefully, you can still spot some left over wax residue on the nooks and crannies. I have asked the staff to wipe off the obvious residue before I left. However, there were still lots of wax that can be discovered after I went homeFull in/ out clean, I consider to be fair. Wax, I think it's a little priceyService is quite good and friendlyI want to give this shop another try on my next car wash. I really hope they can improve the attention to detail. I don't mind waiting for a little bit longer before I pick up my car if they can make the situation right.Note : they do not offer windows coating treatment. However, they helped to wax the windows”
“Imperial Auto came to my rescue after my car broke down while I was driving. Not knowing what the issue was and being from out of town, I called Imperial Street Auto Repair as they were in the neighborhood. They don't take appointments but they said I could bring the car in that afternoon. I got it there after closing and the next day they began working on my car. Dave, the owner, was very polite and respectful when he explained what work needed to be done.They discovered the timing belt had broke, gave me a quote based on the average time to fix and tried their best to have the car ready by the next business day (as long as the engine wasn't also damaged). Alas, my 25 year old vehicle was very rusty and the labour time doubled due to the care the mechanics needed to take to not break the rusty parts while installing a new timing belt kit. To my surprise, Dave honoured his original quote even though he probably should have charged me double or more due to the extra labour time. Dave and his staff treat you like a customer that they want to come back! They are true to their word when they advertise "honest and affordable" service. My car is running great now....thanks Imperial Auto!”

“5 stars simply because it's the only self serve wash in the area. Bonuses are it's open 24/7 and has machines with debit and credit card readers that dispense tokens. Seriously what more could you ask for? Please never close!I'm updating my review because the last two times I've been here the machine has pre authorized my card for the maximum amount but the merchant has not accepted the actual tokens bought so the difference has not been refunded. Please fix this! It's tying up $30+ in my credit card!”

“I heard a lot of comments before, and I tried this carwash for my car. There are 4 selections for the washing, a little bit expensive if you choose the polish wash, but I am still satisfied with the result. The drying time can be longer, maybe 10 seconds? By the way, this carwash is not as bad as people said.”

“It's a usual gas station and 7-11. Good honest workers , a Christmas ago I forgot my son's ps4 cards worth 150dollars, when I called the nice women at the counter and the owner they had them there for me. Wow.Great service!”

From start to finish he was communicative and answered all my questions related to the process and durability concerns. It felt more like a collaborative project rather than just paying for a service. Several months in and a couple trips up the Coquihalla and the finish is rock solid.
