We went today at 4pm in this store we were looking for the jeans and one of salesgirl start dusting she completely ignored us she told us wait I am doing dusting first she had completely no idea how to behave with costumers.

I have been shopping here for 10+ years. Never any issues but one thing I am truly disgusted in is the "race discounts" I'm witnessing when I come into this store. People speaking different languages to the cashiers haggling prices on already dirt cheap discounted items. One time this woman's total was $20 she started speaking to the cashier in a different language and when we walked up quick enough the register showed $5. There has also been multiple times when one pair of boots or heels are purchased and being discounted to the price of 1 after a conversation happens. Not going to support a store anymore that allows certain people to recieve discounts while the rest of us pay in full.

I was a regular customer at the store for about three years and I really enjoyed the experience with them.however last time, the clothes I bought are not as good as we expected. Just with one wash, stuff got loose and even there is no finishing touch on two of them. If prices are so high/Regular then exchange/return policy should be implemented as well.??
Really disappointed with this.

Prices are no longer like an outlet store, they are same as any other Ardene location. Same old stock from months ago.

My wife stood in line with our 4 year old and 6 year old. Once they got to the front the cashier let a lady come to the front, speak Hindi to the lady at the counter and cut in front of my wife and kids because "her husband was waiting". I will never shop at this racist store again.

This stor has such nice decent collections of clothes & accessories helpful staffs but now they have made slightly changes in their pricing so quite disappointed but overall good

The store is fantastic, but the staff members ought to provide excellent customer service as well. I regret to inform you that this evening's shopping experience was unpleasant for me due to a member of staff who works in the trial area. She was acting inconsiderately enough by displaying her alleged attitude without cause.To be a little more courteous to the clients, she requires training.
