Wish i could put a negitive star
Terrible customer service and they close like 30 minutes early just about every night . Had 2 different employees on different occasions attempt to pocket money from me, the first time i waited for the manager to come in to look over the camera footage and she lied to me until I demanded to see the tape myself and what do you know you see the lady pocket my money.

They have no staff trained to fuel propane trucks, same with the options in comox. Don't move here with a propane vehicle

Seriously! How does a gas station with such a big convenience store not have a bathroom.We had just come down from Mount Washington and needed some gas and my wife needed a bathroom. She went in and asked and was told they don’t have one!! Brutal!

Made a lie about the washroom door being broken, went to go look at the door and it was fine. Go to the next gas station. Don't support these clowns.

Never been to a gast station that didn't have a public restroom to use for paying customers. Seems as if the staff don't speak, at all. Go elsewhere.

Actually zero stars, but not an option. DO NOT STOP HERE FOR FUEL IF YOU NEED THE RESTROOM: IT IS NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, or paying customers, for that matter. In fact, all the service we stopped, at stations in Cumberland AND Royston, all seem to have the same policy, so make sure you get your fuel down Island or up island, and cruise right past Cumberland and Royston. We ended up having to pay for dinner at the Kingfisher Inn just so we could use the facilities. An expensive trip to the loo.

This is one of the worst gas stations around. They won't give you change for the car wash, often have expired food inside and 3 out of 5 stops they don't have anyone who can fill propane. If you can shop anywhere else I would highly recommend it. Only come here as a last resort.

Keep going 3 minutes to the esso. We stopped at this gas station to fill our tank and buy snacks. They wouldn't let us use the washroom and we had to witness the employee who appeared to be the boss be very rude to another employee. Gas was cheaper at esso at that time as well. I'll never stop here again.

I’ve been going to this location for years. It’s usually really good but your new staff at the cash needs training. He needs to take his FOODSAFE course or retake his training. I was pretty disgusted to watch him moved from the cash area to serve our ice cream without washing his hands or using gloves. He kept putting his hands on the whole ice cream, not sure why! I told him but he didn’t care. He gave half a scope on one cone and charged almost $5.00. New owners, if he’s not family you should fire him as he will cost you multiple bad reviews and long time customers.
