After being treated rudely by the other electronics store in town ( not the first time this has happened I might add) we decided to take our business to the Source.We switched providers from Telus ( After being loyal customers for over 40 plus years) because of the rude lack of customer service at Electric Ave. and switched our cell phone provider. Gillian the customer representative at the Source was exceptional.
She explained everything and found the best plan for our needs, set us up, put in new Sim cards, helped us set up our voice mail and was patient, polite and knowledgeable but not condescending like the other store. We returned today to purchase a new TV and laptop because of the exceptional service we received from the staff at the Source.
