The most approachable and knowledgeable parts store in town. Gave very good advice; our problem ended up being greater than a home mechanic solve, but all the hand holding and guidance was much appreciated! Wonderful team.

Needed to get some oil for my motorcycle and couldn't make it before closing time... on a long weekend. The owner came back after hours to help me out and sell some oil to keep me on the road. Amazing service.Thank you !

I’m from Manitoba and naively decided to drive to Nelson in my front wheel drive car. Once I got to Creston I realized that I needed to get chains if I were going to go through Kootenay pass while it was snowing. I’m not familiar with chains and Mike the owner was very helpful and never made me feel stupid when I asked questions. I felt much more comfortable going through the pass after he walked me through how to use my new chains and gave me his card if I had any trouble. The other staff were also very friendly.
