I always feel confident that I am getting the best possible service from these folks. Everything is explained to me in detail before it happens. They even managed to squeeze me in last minute the day after I called with my problem! I am thankful we have such an amazing service team in our community. Thanks again Kokanee Ford!

Reliable and straight-up.Full disclosure, I normally avoid dealership service centres, not just because I was given the advice, but also from experience with others. I've even been swindled by Ford dealerships elsewhere.I went to this Ford dealership reluctantly with some front end noise. Made the appointment (which they reminded of the day before) and took my truck in.I was surprised that they were direct about what was wrong and gave me the options at hand. The invoice hours match what was carried out, and I'm now rolling again with confidence that my sway bar links aren't going to let me down going up a service road.I can't speak for other dealership service centres, but this one is good.

Had a scary breakdown on our 2016 B20 Superduty. Ford corrected the issue and only charged us an hour for what would have been a costly turbo fix. Rod and his team are excellent! Kokanee Ford will always be our first choice!Service: Engine repair

Had booked an appointment but after hearing g from friends and neighbors about rude treatment and being embarrassed for driving a certain vehicle I thought twice n went to Kal Tire instead. Recommend Kal Tire! 5 stars

My car broke down just before leaving Creston. Gerald and the workers went above and beyond to try and quickly diagnosis my car and get me on my way so my weekend wasn’t ruined. Given it was 4pm going into a long weekend, no parts were available. They were able to provide me and my family a car so we could enjoy some of our trip. Ten stars!

My Lincoln had issues with the sunroof, and they fixed it. went out of their way to get the job done right. Then after they fixed the car, they got it detailed for us, now thats going the extra mile.

My 2002 diesel F350 needed a new transmission, I called parts and spoke to David and asked him to order a rebuilt transmission. David ordered a transmission, but unfortunately, not a rebuilt one, he had one shipped from Chilliwack that was USED. The transmission did not work. I had to tow my truck from Nelson to Kokanee Ford in Creston. I requested that the used transmission be sent back and a rebuilt one, which I ordered in the first place, be sent. Kokanee Ford refused. They are not taking responsibility for their mistake. I had to tow my truck back to Nelson.....and then learned Kokanee Ford kept 3 parts to my truck, which they are not returning....very disappointed!!!
