My husband and I were travelling from Calgary to Balfour. We experienced issues with our car. We hobbled into Kokanee Fordand were treated like royalty. All of the staff were awesome, Wedid not know that such welcoming service was still availablein this world When we need a new car we will travel to Kokanee to purchase one .

Purchased a 2020 12 Passenger Transit. The experience was fantastic, Mike made sure we got just what we wanted, and even though we had to wait a long time (covid), Mike kept us up to date with any new information he had. We have since only had it serviced by their wonderful team, and any issues that arise, they have dropped everything to make sure I am taken care of. If only Ford themselves stood by their product like Kokanee Ford Sales does. Hats off to the team!

It took weeks and weeks for them to get to our truck. It was busy I get it. However, when we got our truck back there was stains on the inside roof left, they left capartments open and the casing for it thrown in the back seat, they messed up our electrical and got our truck back with all these problems that were not there before.Super disappointed with the service, especially coming from a dealership.

Shout out to the folks in parts and service at Kokanee Ford! We are from Langdon, AB and broke down in our RV on way to Crawford Bay. The service department replaced our driveshaft u-joint on short notice! Lifesavers they are, reduced my stress and got my family back on the road with minimal effect to our vacation schedule. Thank-you from Dean and Carrol!

Just wanted to give a shout out to the service and parts staff! I stopped in with a minor emergency concern after hitting something on the Salmo Creston Hwy. Doug Reves slid me in and had the necessary repairs done amazingly quickly. Doug went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. If any of his customers have concerns when visiting Burnaby, I'll go out of my way at Coastal Ford to see they are dealt with hopefully as well. Thanks also to Garret Huscroft and Shawna Smoroden who made my short time there most enjoyable.

The staff at this location are AMAZING and very friendly!! Unfortunately our vehicle had some radiator issues and broke during our travels … so grateful it completely broke as we pulled into the Ford dealership in Creston at around 330 pm. Everyone was so helpful and had parts ordered for the next day … and then they gave us a courtesy car so we could make our way to some accommodations for the night. When I tried to thank the mechanic he said no need, that’s what were here for. Thank you everyone at this dealership … you all turned our day around!

I'm sad to say I had to change my rating. They broke my mirror and never fixed it and expected me to pay $120 for the repair. Then "fixed" my AC and it's never worked again and I've been waiting for my "call back" to fix it and when I called in it was mysteriously never reported. I can't afford to take my car there anymore. They've done nothing but break it as soon as my warranty was up.Beware.
