After a disappointing experience at Canadian Tire, we decided to get a second opinion at Mister Tire—and we’re so glad we did! Not only was the price half of what we were quoted before, but the customer service was also exceptional. The team went above and beyond, even pulling some crew members from unloading a newly arrived shipment of tires to prioritize our needs. Our vehicle was ready in half the time we expected. I couldn’t be more pleased with the service. If we lived in town, Mister Tire would be our go-to tire shop from now on. Thanks for saving the day and getting us back on the road!

OMG these people are ridiculously awesome. We had a very serious issue with our 44 ft RV. A shop in town looked after that and recommended these people and specifically AJ. He gave us a break on the two tires that were ruined and put them on immediately so we could carry on. We we're going to wait a couple months to buy 4 more and on our way home we stopped and got those also! Definitely the best service we have ever got from a tire shop. We live in Montana.

Ran a flat tire with two broken studs on the side of the highway! They responded right away, replaced our rusty hub studs and a full new tire so we could actually continue the rest of our trip! Expert and informed service with a full safety checkup and got us back on our way in less than an hour! On top of that they provided amazing customer service and were very friendly! The services we received at Mister Tire immediately turned a scary situation into a bright one. We had a puncture on the highway with a fully packed car and dog on a very hot summer day. We took our car to the dealer and they wouldn’t help us as they were booked up but they suggested we come here as they are known for their service. As soon as we arrived we were offered immediate service, complimentary beverages and a seat inside the air conditioned lounge where our dog was welcome so we didn’t have to stand on the side of the highway. Dealers and other repair business could certainly learn a thing or two about this incredible customer service. Thank you

Needed rear tires balanced on a road trip. They were able to fit it in between other scheduled service. Quick and courteous, definitely recommended.

We had the best experience with Mister Tire, Cranbrook. The team had great communication, were knowledgeable and gave a fair price which they kept to.
Our rotors and brake pads became worn on our road trip. We heard a horrific grinding sound and knew this needed urgent attention to be able to continue our journey safely.
The Mister Tire team were able to fit us in (they just happened to have a cancellation that day, otherwise the next available appointment would have been 4th July - how lucky are we!)
They fitted us in and we were so pleased with their customer service and mechanic work. If we lived closer we would happily be back, though highly recommend them to anyone in the area.
The man at the front desk who also answered our call was so kind and helpful - so sorry I can’t remember your name but your assistance was greatly appreciated.

My dog and I were halfway to our 8 hour destination when my car decided to not work and shut down on me. Thankfully, I was able to get a $1,000 fix done the SAME day on such short notice. They surprised me with that, as they were busy, and had originally let me know that it could be fixed the next day.
A HUGE shoutout to the employees who helped me at Mister Tire, and went above and beyond. As we had no where to stay or go during a snow storm, they were very friendly and helpful. Thank you tons for saving me, very grateful! Honestly the best, honest mechanic shop I have ever been to!
