“This place has always got great service. We have stayed a few times, and the workers are above and beyond.The location… bit sketchy because of the growing drug issue in the town. Perhaps Cranbrook needs to find a way to help those people find the light or a place away from tourists. So perhaps a few more cameras would be a good idea.We stayed in a train car. Man now that is an experience. If you haven’t done it I would highly suggest it for a date night. The room needs a bit of upkeep, I wouldn’t personally pay $400 in its current state thank you a gift certificate we stayed… but over all a cool experience.”
