Hands down THE happiest, nicest team of staff we have ever had the enormous pleasure of meeting!
From the moment we walked in through the door, we were warmly greeted with kind, knowledgeable offers of help to find raw food alternatives while on the road. What a truly great start to our visit of the Comox Valley area.

I moved into the valley recently and needed some food and litter for my cats. I stopped into the woofies on cliffe for the first time on Sunday, and wasn't sure what to do or where to go, and it was very busy. But despite that one of the staff, saw me and asked if I needed help, they recommended all their favorite cat foods and litter. I ended up trying their food and litter recommendations and my cats loved the food! We tried acana bountiful catch, and all four of my cats are happy. I like the litter so far. They also informed me of the benefits of an account and that Sunday is a tax free day. Will definitely be back again! Thank you to the very friendly and chipper Sunday staff, especially niko for helping me find my way around the store and making my cats happy ?

I liked stopping at this woofys sometimes as it's on the way home from work, unfortunately I've had a couple bad experiences here. There was a young fella who worked last night who has served me before. Unfortunately, I don't believe he likes his job as he is rude. The last time I came, he made me feel bad as I was having a hard time deciding which sweater to get for my dog. I decided not to get one after all, as I didn't know my dogs size and he laughed at me. I work retail and I appreciate a light hearted joke about indecisiveness. But it was not intended that way. Last night he didn't make rude remarks, but didn't smile , greet or even acknowledge me as he checked me through the till... won't be back for now as I feel uncomfortable there. The one on Ryan has very friendly staff. Highly suggest there!!!
