“Princess was exceptionally welcoming and helpful with her customer service. I felt so taken care of and I left super pleased with my purchases for a new job. I showed up in my comfy sweats and worried about not being treated as well due to my outfit going in, but princess didn't bat an eye and still provided excellent service, well congradulating me on my new position. I haven't been in since I was a teenager as their clothes last so long! I was very happy with my latest visit, I will be coming again and reccomend anyone to shop here. 10/10!”

“I went to Mark's in Courtenay on Dec. 14 and when I entered I saw a huge line up. A young girl, Kristina I think, was cheerful and went out of her way to be amazingly helpful. . Great customer service. The line up went quickly as all the limited staff were very efficient. Great Experience on a very busy day.”

“Such a lovely place to shop. Never had a problem with the new team there, they are always so nice and helpful. Went in on Tuesday about 3-4 weeks ago and bought lots ( not that I needed everything….lol) but the lady was so very nice. She was back and forth with clothes for me.
