Wonderful service this location again. Customer service rep was kind, opened box with permission, took label out, proceeded process shipment with smile. Staff helpful during return, hard time connecting printer, trust staff to print email, send name brand winter coat, success. Reason only pay shipping fee with cheque, delivery guy refused credit card, they don t trust credit cards again.

    Went to return an item. They had a hard time connecting to their printer. Staff was very helpful but took a one time. Had to trust staff to take email hot so they could print it there and trust they would send my name brand winter coat. It was a success.
