Been harassed by the white women at the cashier stations and self serve on three accounts over the past year. Very very cranky workers on power trips. Pharmacy is great though.

I was just at Superstore to pick up some milk and bread, 0820hrs.
As I went down the milk isle, I didn't notice a small puddle of water by one of the freezer doors on the right, because there were a few people, an elderly couple (customers) and 2 staff members in the same area.
Well, I slipped and did the splits. I smashed my right knee, torn off skin and split open my big toe on my right foot.
The 1 employee (female) asked if I was alright but the other employee (male) didn't even acknowledge that I fell or even offer any assistance.
I was more embarrassed more than anything.
But my biggest concern, is that they had to be told TWICE to clean up the water so no one else slipped on it.

July 8 or 9, Grayson (young, personable, helpful) went way above and beyond regular customer service to help us locate peanut sauce. One NEVER sees customer service like that anymore. He deserves a raise!

Loblaws owned grocery conglomerate. Has increased prices since covid to 33% profit along with shoppers, price increases and shrinkflation rampet. The owner of this company has net worth of 2b, leases a castle by the Royal family (Weston's). Joe Fresh brand contracted a sweat shop in Bangladesh which collapsed and killed 1100+ people. Unethical super conglomerate, choose real farm market, Costco or even Walmart.

Nice job Gaylen!!...Expensive and we have moved on thanks to the May "Bouycot Loblaws"! Also moved our prescriptions from Shoppers!
We may just be the only 2 customers, but hey it all adds up!

Big grocery store with lots of everything at everyday prices. What a wonderful world where we can eat like kings and queens of 200 years ago, and all it takes is a trip to a store like this!
