I phoned them having received *incorrect* information that they had messed up on an urgent order (I need to highlight that they didn't mess up at all). I was really short and clearly annoyed on the phone and their customer support was fantastic, never even once pointing out my error, and instead focusing solely on rectifying the issue, even staying late on a Friday after opening times to help me with my order. The team are amazing and I am so happy that they are here, supporting the community. Since Mosin started, my scripts have had no issues being filled (prior, forgotten or incomplete scripts literally every time I went in to p/u) and billing or other issues are quickly resolved, all with care & compassion. Mosin does an exceptional job managing the pharmacy.”

“I am often motivated to come here because incentivized sales are delivered straight to my email. If I am going to be in the area, I might go in anyway, but this is a great stop to make when there is a deal on butter or cream, vitamins, hair care products or makeup. This is also my regular stop for tissue, And they are one of the only places that carries the infused tissues which are kinder to your nose during flu season!”
