“Great quality food and equipment. 10th bag free is a nice loyalty bonus. They genuinely care about their customers and it's nice you can bring your dog to pick out cookies and show off your tricks! This is a pretty nice place for teenagers to work too so lots of variety in the staff. It's just really nice to go where people are happy. It's not a huge corporation and yet they have the essentials plus a bit for your small and large house pet needs. I think in general they curate so there's less junk on the shelves, just the effective items. The Cliffe Ave location seems to have a fun level slightly higher than the other locations but all are good.”

“I purchased on line an item that said they had one in stock. Purchase went through but then a day or so later my order got canceled and full refund issued, No problem I thought inventory count was off, it happens. But more then a week later a lady from store called me at the time I was being driven to get Xrays as a horse just threw me then stepped on my ankle. So I was not able to find out why she was calling as I was not in a chatty mood. Turns out they had gotten the item in and they were calling me to let me know they had one. That is exceptional Customer service and very much appreciated. And the price i paid for item including shipping was cheaper then any other store I checked in Canada.”

“HUGE RAVE!!! to Woofys on Ryan Rd Courtney! We are greeted so nicely as soon as we walked in! The staff were just in awe of our dog Kane (even those he was excited too and peed a little, which they insisted to clean up for us) I was looking for a certain product, they found it and gave me very good advice! Kane was allowed to pick out his own toy which is LOVES! And was so happy to have all the love and attention from the AMAZING a staff! Reasonable priced and great products! Thank you so much!
