Costco Pharmacy provides vaccines and helpful information for newcomers. The staff are described as fantastic, fabulous, accommodating, and wonderful, with service that goes above and beyond to make patients feel seen. However, a noted limitation is that in BC, the pharmacy will not dispense more than a one-month supply of medication in blister packs at a time. This requires regular clients to call for refills each month, as the automatic refill option cannot be used. Some clients find this process inconvenient and have difficulty reaching the pharmacist, contrasting it with more automated and customer-oriented systems offered elsewhere. The primary reason some continue using this pharmacy is its low dispensing fee.
Tim is fantastic pharmacist! Went in for a vaccine and I’m new to bc and Tim showed me a bunch of handy websites for newcomers to bc and was very informative, all staff here are fabulous but Tim is 10/10! Give him a raise! Thanks again !

The people at the prescription window this evening have no concept of respect! A smile and a I’ll be right with you would go a long way.! Instead of a rude “do you have a question?” them promptly ignore my response and me. I’d suggest some teaching on customer respect.
