“I was fortunate to get my vehicle ( 2009 Lexus RX350 ) diagnosed shortly after checking in with Andy's. I suspected a noisy lifter, but they promptly diagnosed it was the water pump. I was told once they were able to get to the pump, that I may need a new timing belt and other accessories. I said go ahead and do whatever was required. Fortunately, it was just the pump that was the issue. I commend them for their honesty as I thought my bill would be twice as much. I will not hesitate to use them

“Consistently excellent service, and very knowledgeable staff and service technicians. This week I had a warning alert on my brakes and had to catch a ferry with a huge storm hitting the region. They quickly took my car in for a quick inspection showing the brakes were fine, the warning light disappeared! Very honest shop, don’t hesitate to take your import there!”

“These guys helped me at the absolute last minute during the winter holidays. As a single mom of a new 'teenager' already dealing with ICBC stress from the old car, I had just bought a “new-to-me” car that came with some unexpected issues. They fit me in, fixed what needed fixing, gave me honest suggestions, and sent me on my way in a safe vehicle.
When a few more issues popped up, I stopped in without an appointment just to see if they could take a quick look. No hesitation — “Yes, ma’am.” Problem fixed. (I will say that I'm pretty sure that the donut delivery helped that day.)
