Furniture started breaking down after less than a month. Asked about any return policies and got told that once it's out of the box they don't take returns. No reason any wood pieces in a sofa should start breaking after less than a month. No I'm not jumping on the furniture and I weight 150 lbs. Beyond pissed off that the $3500 couch I purchased is already falling apart and I can't even get my money back.

Bought a couch here back in August 2023. The staff is very friendly and nice. Prices are good. My problem seems to be the products they sell. I had bought a cloud 9 couch from here that was terrible. Cushions always fell off, it looked like a saggy mess in under a year. Had to throw that one out as no one even wanted it for free. Fast forward to Aug 2023 - I bought another couch from here. I liked it at first - but now one of the head cushions is broken and the couch has also ripped. 2 couches from here and they both started to fail within a year - do not recommend.

Great prices, great quality and great service! Also I love not feeling pressure to buy right away, I went to walk around the store out of curiosity couple months ago and came back to buy a couch and a recliner, still the same friendliness from the staff. I picked up myself and didn’t have any issues.

Side facing down in their warehouse has a strong odour of Mould. Unfortunately the receipt says all sales are final… I would recommend checking the package you’ll be getting before committing

I used to like this place but I've now had 2 bed frames break easily, the second one the wood plank snapped underneath literally the first time I sat on the bed after setting it up (and I'm not that heavy). Only 4 slim fragile planks were supplied for support which aren't nearly enough. Do not buy bed frames here EVER. Also, there were no instructions for assembly. Literal junk.
